Candidate must possess a high school or high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years of experience in maintenance or repair of streets, sewers, water distribution systems, or related public work activities. Additional requirements are possession of a New York State Driver’s license at time of appointment and during service as well as possession of a Class D Water license issued by New York State; within two years of appointment. Pay: $45,000-65,000/year

Candidate must have graduated from high school or high school equivalency diploma and successful completion of a two (2) year post-secondary program for heavy diesel engine equipment technician OR (A)successful completion of a two (2) year post secondary program for Automotive Technology and one (1) year of experience as a skilled heavy equipment automotive mechanic, which shall have involved repair and maintenance of heavy duty gasoline and diesel engine automotive equipment used in construction, farming or commercial fleet operations, OR (B) two (2) years of experience as listed in (B) above. Pay Rate: $20.92-27.81 per hour
