The Code Enforcement office is reminding residents to please be aware of the following Village Code when setting up for garage/yard sales this Spring/Summer: 297-16.3(B)- “Signs on public property. No private sign shall be placed in any street right-of-way or on other public property. No private sign shall be allowed in the triangle formed from measuring back on both street rights-of-way from an intersection nine feet.”

The Code Enforcement office is reminding residents to please be aware of the following Village Code when cleaning up/maintaining your properties this Spring/Summer: 193.3- “No person shall throw or deposit litter in or upon any street, sidewalk, park, parking area, playground or other public place within the Village of Fredonia except in public receptacles provided by the Village of Fredonia or authorized private receptacles for collection.” This includes blowing grass clippings on the streets and sidewalks.
